Public offer and terms of use

Saytkor.uz is a service for creating a website with artificial intelligence, hosting it at a saytlarim.uz address and receiving the website's submissions via Telegram. This document is a public offer.

Service provider and acceptance of the offer

Service provider: the owner of the Saytkor.uz platform — self-employed individual A. Q. Omonov, Tashkent.
Acceptance: signing up (including signing in with Google) or making a payment constitutes full acceptance of this offer.

1. Account

Provide accurate information when signing up and do not share your password with anyone.
You are responsible for all actions taken in your account.
The service is for users over 16 years of age; younger users may use it with their parents' consent.

2. Plans, credits and payments

2.1. Credits

AI actions are paid for with credits. Credits are charged by the amount of work: 1 new site ≈ 4 credits, a small edit ≈ 0.6 credits, a question and answer in the chat (advice, explanation) ≈ 0.2–0.5 credits. The exact amount (to 0.1 credit) is charged after the job finishes and shown in the chat.
If an AI error means there is no result, or the requested change could not be made (a technical error or a limitation), no credits are charged. When the AI answers a question the site does not change, but the AI did work — its actual cost is charged. Replacing images, editing texts and the catalog, and publishing are free.
Credits cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.

2.2. Plans and prices

Free — 0 UZS: 1 published site and 10 drafts, a name.saytlarim.uz address, with the "Saytkor" badge, 1 language.
Pro — you choose the number of credits: monthly 500 UZS/credit (100–10,000 credits), yearly 400 UZS/credit (1,200–50,000 credits, 20% off). 20 published sites and 50 drafts, no badge, 3 languages. Downloading site files (ZIP), plus pushing to GitHub as an extra option.
Business — the Pro price for the same credits + 50,000 UZS/month (yearly + 480,000 UZS/year), from 200 credits. 50 published sites and 100 drafts, no badge, 3 languages. Team: up to 3 members (editors) — credits they use are charged to the site owner's account. Your own Telegram bot and Mini App (one bot per site, up to 5 bots per account). Downloading site files (ZIP), plus pushing to GitHub as an extra option.
Extra credit packs — on any plan (the Free plan too), 600 UZS/credit (10–10,000 credits). Every 100 credits add +1 published-site slot (for 1 month).
Extra site slot — a one-time purchase, no expiry: one more published site at name.saytlarim.uz (no monthly fee). Packs and prices depend on your plan at the time of purchase: Free — 1 for 5,000, 5 for 20,000, 10 for 35,000 UZS; Pro — 10 for 30,000, 20 for 40,000, 30 for 50,000, 40 for 60,000 UZS; Business — 10 for 30,000, 20 for 40,000, 30 for 50,000, 40 for 60,000, 50 for 70,000, 60 for 80,000, 70 for 85,000, 80 for 90,000, 90 for 95,000, 100 for 100,000 UZS. In total you can buy: Free — 10, Pro — 40, Business — 100 slots.
Your own Telegram bot and Mini App (Pro and Business) — you connect to your site a bot you created yourself through @BotFather: requests, orders and sign-ups reach you through it, and customers open the site inside the bot, within Telegram (Mini App). One bot per site; up to 5 bots per account on the Pro plan and up to 20 on the Business plan. The bot token is stored encrypted, is used only to send messages and is never shown to anyone. The bot and its token are yours: complying with Telegram's rules and keeping the token secret is your responsibility. If your bot stops working (the token is revoked, a chat blocked the bot), requests are temporarily sent through the shared Saytkor bot so that nothing is lost. If your plan stops allowing your own bot (the Free plan) or the bot limit is reduced (for example, when moving from Business to Pro), bots over the limit are paused: the first-connected bots keep working and requests for the others arrive through the shared bot; on the Free plan all bots are paused. If the plan returns, the bots resume automatically; nothing is deleted.
Custom domain (Pro — 1, Business — 5): the domain is your own property — you buy it yourself from a registrar (Ahost, Eskiz or another) and you handle its payment and renewal. Saytkor.uz does not sell domains and does not own them — it only connects your domain to your site after you add a CNAME record in your DNS (the SSL certificate is issued automatically). If your plan is downgraded, domains over the limit are paused (the site keeps working at name.saytlarim.uz); when the plan returns they resume automatically. Saytkor.uz is not responsible for a domain expiring or for problems on the registrar's side.
Price changes are announced at least 7 days in advance; the price of a period already paid for does not change.

2.3. Bonuses

On sign-up: 30 credits (no expiry) and 5 credits on each of the next 3 days.
At the start of every month, 5 bonus credits per day: Free — days 1–3 (15 a month), Pro — days 1–6 (30), Business — days 1–10 (50). One per day; missed days are credited when you log in during the same month.
If more than 2 accounts are created from one device within 24 hours, bonuses are paused pending review.

2.4. Credit validity

Daily bonuses — until the end of the month. Extra pack — 1 month from purchase (the extra site slots from a pack also last 1 month).
Monthly plan credits: when the subscription is renewed, the unused balance rolls over to the next 1 month only and up to the monthly volume (e.g. Pro with 100 credits — up to 100, 200 in total); the excess expires at the end of the period, and rolled-over credits expire at the end of the next month. Yearly plan credits — 12 months.
Referral bonuses — 12 months. Sign-up credits — no expiry.
Extra site slots remain valid with no expiry for as long as the platform operates; sites that break the rules are the exception. Slots you have bought are kept when you change plans (features such as the badge and the number of languages follow your current plan).
Spending order: daily bonus → extra pack → plan credits → referral bonus → sign-up credits.

2.5. When a subscription ends

A subscription lasts 1 month (yearly — 1 year) from the payment date. Reminders are sent 3 days before the end, on the end date and on the last day of the grace period.
After it ends there is a 5-day grace period: the plan continues, plan credits are frozen (visible but unusable), daily bonuses and packs keep working, and 3 of the bonus days falling in this period are credited. Paying during the grace period restores frozen credits and withheld bonuses immediately.
If not paid within 5 days, the account moves to the Free plan; plan credits stay frozen for 2 months and on re-subscription return up to the new monthly volume (for 1 month), after which they are deleted.
If published sites exceed the limit, warnings are sent for 7 days; then the most recently published sites are "temporarily paused" (not deleted) and go live again as soon as a pack, an extra site slot or a plan is purchased.

2.6. Referral program

Every user has a personal referral link. A new user who signs up with it gets 5 extra credits.
When the invited friend pays for Pro for the first time, the referrer gets +10 credits; if they move to Business — +20 in total (at most 20 per friend). The bonus is granted once the payment is confirmed.
Self-referrals and accounts created on the same device do not count. The referral code is remembered for 30 days. The "Saytkor" badge on free sites also counts as the site owner's referral link.

2.7. Payment and refunds

Payments are accepted in UZS only via Click: in the Click app (from your Click account) or with Humo and Uzcard cards. Visa and Mastercard are not accepted yet. Once the payment is confirmed, the plan, credits or extra site slot are activated immediately.
Payment confirmation is shown in Profile → "Payments".
Within 14 days of payment, if the purchased credits have not been used, the payment is refunded in full on request; if partly used, the amount corresponding to the unused part is refunded.
An extra site slot is a one-time purchase with no expiry. The 14-day rule applies to it too: the amount corresponding to unused slots is refunded. If the payment is refunded, the extra site slots obtained with that payment are cancelled as well.
Bonus, gift and referral credits, as well as expired or deleted credits, are not refundable.
If the service was not provided because of a technical failure on our side, credits are restored or the payment is refunded.
Send refund requests to support@saytkor.uz; money is returned within 10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Prohibited websites

Posting the following is prohibited:

impersonating banks, payment systems, government services or other organizations, phishing and fraud;
forms that ask for a card number, CVV, SMS code or password;
gambling, adult content, and the sale of drugs and weapons;
calls for violence, extremism and hatred, spam, and passing off fake reviews as genuine;
infringing other people's copyright or violating their personal data;
any other content that is contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Websites are checked automatically before they go live, and complaints are reviewed by a moderator. If the rules are broken, a website may be hidden or blocked without warning, and if they are broken again, the account may be suspended.

4. Who owns the content

The text, images and code on your website are yours. On Pro and Business you can download your site files at any time.
You grant us permission, limited to this purpose, to store your website and display it on the internet.
Before publishing, you check the accuracy of the texts, prices and information written by the AI yourself.
Stock images are provided free of charge under the Pexels license; you must hold the rights to the images you upload yourself.

5. Submissions and visitors

As the website owner, you are responsible for the data in submissions received through your website (name, phone number, etc.): use it only to respond to the customer and store it in accordance with the law. On the platform, submissions are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically: download the ones you need from the “Submissions” section in good time.

The “CRM” (Pro and Business) is for learning centres: you (the learning centre) are the operator responsible for the data you enter into it — students, parents, phone numbers, attendance and payments. Saytkor.uz stores and processes it only on your behalf and does not use it for its own purposes or share it with third parties. Obtaining the consent of parents or legal guardians to collect data about minor students is your responsibility. CRM data is kept while your account is active (the 90-day limit for submissions does not apply to it) and you can delete it at any time: single records or everything, via “CRM → Settings”. A receipt in the CRM is a plain payment document; it does not replace a cash-register receipt. The CRM does not use artificial intelligence and does not spend credits.

6. Free address and badge

Websites on the free plan open at name.saytlarim.uz, and a "Made with Saytkor.uz" badge is shown in the bottom-left corner of the page. The badge is not written into the site files — it is added automatically depending on the plan; it may not be hidden or covered. Pro and Business sites have no badge (you can turn it on in the settings if you like).

On the free plan the address is assigned automatically on first publish (for example oltinqozon-7k2.saytlarim.uz) and does not change. On Pro and Business you choose the address name yourself; if you change it, the old name is not given to anyone else for 30 days and redirects to the new address. The chosen name is kept even if you return to the Free plan. Taken, reserved, offensive names and names that imitate other brands or government bodies may be rejected.

7. Service warranty

The service is provided "as is": it may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or outages in third-party services. Every change to your website is saved as a version, but we recommend that you also keep your own copy of important data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete a website yourself in the Settings section of the editor. To delete your account completely, write to support@saytkor.uz. How data is deleted is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes and contact

If these terms change, we will show the updated date on this page; we will notify you of significant changes on the platform or by email.
